Terms and Conditions

To begin scheduling and production, a 65% deposit is required. Pricing is valid for 30 days from the date of proposal.

Each project includes an initial design and one revision. Additional design changes may be billed hourly. Final shop drawings must be approved and signed before fabrication begins.

Wood and hand-applied finishes naturally vary in color and grain. While we strive for consistency, natural variations are part of the beauty of real wood cabinetry.

All project changes must be approved in writing prior to fabrication or installation.

Estimated delivery dates are provided but may be affected by material availability, site readiness, or circumstances beyond our control.

Projects delayed due to site readiness or scheduling conflicts may incur storage or handling fees.

We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty from installation completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to hardware and specialty materials. Warranty excludes damage caused by moisture, settling, or alterations by others.

Final payment is due upon substantial completion. Late payments may incur finance charges.

All agreements are governed by Utah law. Orchard Lane Cabinetry reserves its rights under Utah lien laws in the event of nonpayment.
